Products:
While enjoying leading position in woven wire mesh and woven
wire cloth, Hebei Kanglida Wire Mesh Co., Ltd. provides stainless
steel wire mesh, brass wire mesh, phosphor bronze wire mesh,
mild steel wire mesh, welded wire mesh, galvanized square wire
mesh, hexagonal wire mesh, insect wire netting, filter wire
mesh, barbed wire, galvanized iron wire, tie wire and other
wire mesh products.
Our stainless steel wire mesh and other
metal wire mesh products have been exported to Europe, the U.S.A.,
the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and some other parts in the
world.
While we pay much attention to continued
effort in better quality products, our quality management system
with manufacture and sales of hardware wire mesh has been approved
by ISOQAR
to the standard of ISO9001:2000 on Oct.18,2001.
Wire Materials for Wire Mesh and Uses:
We use choice stainless steel wire in production of wire mesh
(wire cloth) products. Material for weaving stainless steel
wire mesh ( wire cloth ) is divided into Type 304, Type 304
L, Type 316 and Type 316L. For brass wire cloth manufacturing,
we use quality brass wire to ensure quality end products. High
brass (70% copper, 30% zinc) wire and low brass (80% copper,
20% zinc) wire have much better abrasion resistance, better
corrosion resistance and lower electrical conductivity when
compared to copper wire.
Stainless steel wire mesh and wire
cloth are extensively used in chemicals, food products,
pharmaceuticals and exposure to moisture. Brass wire cloth is
excellent for marine and out of door applications because of its
immunity to rust and salt solutions. Brass wire mesh and cloth is an
ideal mesh for fabricating gasoline filters and baskets for
electro-polishing.
